Agreement
Effective July 10, 2026. These terms apply to 가게한장's one-page local business website production, hosting, SSL, and one-small-update-per-month service. By checking out, paying, or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Service scope
The standard plan includes one one-page website, the initial build, hosting, SSL, and one small monthly update. The basic scope is to present services, menu items, pricing, hours, location, phone, map, booking, or inquiry links on a single page. New pages, complex forms, booking-system development, ecommerce, advertising, SEO campaigns, logo design, photography, translation, legal copywriting, and custom backend development are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, current, and authorized business name, email, phone, address, hours, services or menu, prices, photos, logo, domain, booking links, social links, and other information shown on the website. We may format the information, but the customer remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, service descriptions, hours, and regulatory compliance of what customers see.
Rights to materials
The customer grants us the right to use, edit, copy, display, host, and preview the materials provided as needed to build, publish, host, maintain, and support the website. The customer must have the rights to use all photos, logos, text, menus, brand assets, and external links provided. Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, and third-party-rights issues arising from customer-provided materials are the customer's responsibility.
Production timeline
“First version in 2 days” is a target after payment is confirmed, the address or domain is checked, and enough business information and materials have been received. The timeline may extend if materials are incomplete, customer review is delayed, domain or third-party service issues occur, or the requested scope is outside the standard plan.
Domains and third-party services
Domain costs are separate from the website plan. Domain availability and price are confirmed by the registrar before purchase. Domains, email inboxes, booking services, maps, social platforms, payment services, external widgets, and other third-party services are subject to the provider's own policies and outages. We do not guarantee third-party pricing, approval, continued availability, downtime, account status, or policy changes.
Payment and subscription
Korean payments use PortOne billing keys by default, with Stripe Checkout available on a separate path. A checkout return page is not final proof of payment; status and amount are confirmed through the provider's server API and webhook records. The monthly first payment is ₩48,900, then ₩9,900 per month. The annual first year is ₩129,000, then ₩99,000 per year. Taxes, domains, third-party services, premium assets, and additional work may be billed separately.
Communications
By submitting a form, starting checkout, or emailing us, the customer agrees that we may contact them about the order, payment, domain checks, production materials, previews, support, cancellation, refunds, service updates, and related business communications. Marketing emails must identify the sender, use accurate subject lines, include a valid contact address where required, and provide a way to opt out of future marketing messages. Transactional emails about an active order or service may still be sent where allowed by law.
Updates and approval
One small monthly update means a limited change such as text, hours, phone, address, service list, link, or image replacement. Unused updates do not roll over and have no cash value. If the customer approves a draft or does not identify clear errors within a reasonable time after publication, the published content may be treated as reviewed by the customer.
Cancellation and refunds
Renewal cancellation and refunds are governed by the separate Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Domain costs, registrar fees, payment processing fees, third-party costs, and custom work already started or delivered may not be refundable.
Prohibited use
The customer may not request or publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, malware-related, spam, phishing, adult, hateful, violent, unauthorized regulated-service, or platform- or law-violating content. We may reject or suspend orders, content, links, or update requests that we consider risky or inappropriate.
No result guarantee
The service provides website production, hosting, SSL, and the included update scope. We do not guarantee sales, leads, bookings, search ranking, traffic, ad results, platform approval, domain availability, email deliverability, or any specific business result.
Suspension and liability limit
Service may be paused for maintenance, security, failed payment, domain issues, missing customer materials, third-party outages, network outages, force majeure, or policy violations. To the extent allowed by law, 가게한장's liability is limited to the amount the customer actually paid for website service fees during the 3 months before the issue. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost business, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, or lost opportunities.
Governing law and venue
To the extent allowed by law, these terms and service-related disputes are governed by the laws and venue rules of Governing jurisdiction must be configured before launch. Before starting a lawsuit or formal dispute process, the customer must contact support from the billing email on the order, describe the issue, and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. This section does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
